Reloot handles no money for services. You pay the trader directly when the job is done, on whatever terms you agreed with them.
Agree the price and what it covers in the app, so there is a record.
Ask to see a certificate, such as Gas Safe, NICEIC or insurance, before work starts. What a trader lists on their advert is their own statement; we do not check it unless their profile carries a Business Verified badge.
Be wary of a large payment up front. A deposit for materials is normal; the whole price before anything happens is not.
Review them afterwards, and report anyone who breaks the rules.
