Listing is free
Every listing is free to put up, in every category, with up to 10 photos. There is no fee for the time it stays live and no charge when it sells. Vehicle and service adverts are free while we launch; if that changes the fee will show on the form before you publish, never after.
Sellers keep 100%
When something sells through Buy it now you receive the full price you listed it at. Reloot takes nothing from the seller's side of a sale.
What a buyer pays
A buyer pays the item price plus a protection fee: 70p, plus 5% of the first £250, plus 3.5% of anything above £250. It is worked out on the price alone and shown on the listing and at checkout before they pay. A £20 item carries a fee of £1.70; a £300 item, £14.95. Delivery is on top: collection costs nothing, an InPost locker is a flat £2.54, and home delivery is priced by the size of the parcel.
Vehicles and services
Vehicles and services are classified adverts. There is no Buy it now, so no buyer fee: you agree the price in chat or by an offer, and a job is paid to the trader directly when the work is done. Nothing for a job is ever paid through Reloot.
Optional extras
A seller can bump a listing back to the top (one free every 30 days, 99p after), take it to 30 photos (99p), highlight it so the card stands out on soft blue for 7 days (£1.49) or boost it into the labelled Boosted slots for 3 or 7 days (from £1.49; more for a vehicle or a service). None of these change where a listing sits in search results or on a category page. A boost or a highlight does lift a listing in the "Everything on Reloot" row at the bottom of the home screen, where it is marked Boosted like anywhere else. Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to Reloot, and the seller never sees them.
