Everything has a Report option, and every report is read.
Every listing, post, comment, conversation and profile has a Report option behind the ⋯ menu. Choose the closest reason and add a line if it helps.
Three reports from members in good standing hide a post or a comment straight away while our team looks at it. Everything else goes into a queue that is worked through by a person.
Depending on what we find we may remove the content, warn the account, suspend it for a set number of days, or close it. Every action is recorded with who took it and why.
Our team can only read a private conversation once someone in it has reported it, and that access is logged. We do not read messages otherwise.
