Set up payouts once. The full item price transfers when the order is released.
Before your first sale, go to You → Getting paid and set up payouts. That happens on Stripe's own pages: Stripe, not Reloot, collects your bank details and runs the identity checks payment law requires. We never see your bank account.
1
The buyer pays. The money is held by Reloot.
2
The order is released. That is when the buyer confirms delivery, or 48 hours pass after dispatch with no problem reported.
3
The full item price is transferred to you, normally within half an hour.
4
Stripe pays it into your bank on the schedule shown in your own Stripe dashboard, which opens from the same page.
You keep 100% of the item price. Reloot's fee is paid by the buyer, and Stripe's payout charges come out of that fee, not out of your money.
If you have not finished setting up, nothing is lost. The money sits marked as released and unsent, and goes out on the first run after you finish.
