Check the order is released and that Stripe is not waiting on something from you.
Open You → Getting paid. It shows every order, whether it has been released, and whether it has been transferred. Work down this list:

Is the order released? Until the buyer confirms delivery or 48 hours pass after dispatch, nothing moves.

Is there an open dispute on it? A disputed order is not released until the case is settled.

Does the page say Stripe is waiting on something? Stripe sometimes asks for more information before it will pay out. The page lists exactly what, and the button takes you to it.

Has it transferred but not landed? That last step is Stripe paying your bank, on the schedule in your Stripe dashboard, usually a couple of working days for a new account.
If all four are clear and the money still has not arrived, contact us with the order number and we will trace it.
