Earned from real sales and real reviews. Neither can be bought.
Trade Rank runs from level 1 to 50. You earn 100 XP for a completed sale and 40 for a review, plus a one-off 250 once you have five or more reviews averaging 4.5.
Trusted Trader is separate and is the higher bar: 25 sales, 10 reviews, an average of 4.7 and a verified identity. It is recalculated from real rows, so it appears on its own the moment you qualify.
Neither is for sale, and neither can be granted by hand. If sales or reviews turn out to be fake, both are recalculated and the account is dealt with.
