Buying

Making an offer
An offer runs for 48 hours. Accepting one agrees a price; it does not reserve the item.
If a seller has offers turned on, the listing shows Make an offer. Put in an amount below the asking price, or use one of the 5%, 10% and 20% shortcuts, and send it.
1
The seller has 48 hours to accept, counter or decline. After that the offer expires on its own and cannot be accepted, so neither of you is held to a price from weeks ago.
2
If they counter, you get the same three choices back.
3
When an offer is accepted, the agreed price replaces the asking price at checkout, and the buyer fee and delivery are worked out from it.
Accepting an offer agrees a price. It is not a payment and it does not hold the item against anyone else. Pay for it to make it yours.
You can withdraw an offer you sent while it is still open. An offer at or above the asking price is refused: buy it instead.
Nothing here covers it?
